智慧機聯 Smart Fleet — 行動應用程式
「智慧機聯 Smart Fleet」（以下稱「本 App」）由 澐渢科技股份有限公司（LYCODES TECHNOLOGY INC.，以下稱「我們」）開發與營運。
本 App 為企業內部使用的工程機具管理工具，僅供與我們簽約之企業客戶其獲授權之員工使用， 不對一般大眾開放註冊。使用者帳號由所屬企業配發。
本 App 僅蒐集維持服務運作所必要的最少資料：

本 App 目前僅使用本機通知，不會將裝置推播權杖傳送至我們或任何第三方的伺服器。
我們不會販售、出租或交換您的個人資料。 僅在下列情形會揭露資料：
各企業客戶的資料採租戶隔離，您僅能存取所屬企業授權範圍內的資料， 不同企業之間的資料彼此不可見。
帳號資料於您所屬企業與我們的服務契約存續期間保存。 契約終止後，我們將依約定期限刪除或返還該企業之資料。
您可隨時在 App 內登出以清除本機儲存的憑證； 如需刪除帳號本身，請洽您所屬企業的系統管理員，或來信與我們聯繫。

依《個人資料保護法》，您得就我們保有之您的個人資料，行使下列權利：

本 App 為企業工具，不適用於未滿 18 歲之人士，我們亦不會刻意蒐集兒童之個人資料。
本政策如有修訂，將更新本頁面之「最後更新」日期。 涉及重大變更者，我們會另行通知您所屬企業。

Smart Fleet is a business tool operated by LYCODES TECHNOLOGY INC. It is available only to authorised employees of our contracted corporate customers; accounts are issued by the employer and the app is not open to public registration.
What we collect: your username, organisation identifier and role, an authentication token, and your chosen interface language.
What we do not collect: device location, contacts, camera or photo library content, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Machine locations shown in the app are reported by telematics units on the machines themselves and are unrelated to your phone's location.
Permissions: notifications only, used to alert you to machine warnings. The app uses local notifications only and does not transmit any push token to us or to third parties.
Storage: credentials and preferences are stored locally on your device and are removed when you log out or uninstall. Account and operational data reside on our servers in Taiwan; all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
Sharing: we never sell, rent or trade personal data. Data is disclosed only with your organisation's consent or where legally required. Customer data is tenant-isolated and not visible across organisations.
Your rights: you may request access, a copy, correction, restriction of processing, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].
