「智慧機聯 Smart Fleet」為企業內部管理工具，帳號由您所屬企業配發。 您亦可直接聯繫貴公司的系統管理員代為提出。

貴公司的機具營運資料（機具清單、感測器紀錄、保養與維修紀錄等） 屬於貴公司所有，不隨個人帳號刪除而移除。
如需刪除整個企業的營運資料，須由該企業之權責代表提出， 並依雙方服務契約辦理。
另依稅務與會計法規，部分交易憑證類紀錄我們負有法定保存義務， 於法定期間屆滿前無法刪除。該類紀錄不含本 App 所蒐集的個人資料。
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email [email protected] with the subject "Account Data Deletion Request", including your username and organisation name.
We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of identity verification.
Deleted: your user account (username, organisation identifier, role), authentication tokens and session records. Local device data (token, language preference) is cleared when you log out or uninstall the app — no request needed.
Not deleted: your company's machine operational data (equipment records, telemetry, maintenance and repair history), which belongs to your employer and is removed only on request from an authorised company representative under the applicable service agreement. Certain accounting records are retained where required by law; these contain no personal data collected by this app.
Smart Fleet is a business tool; accounts are issued by your employer, and you may also ask your company's system administrator to submit the request.
